The Ranch

The Smilin' E Ranch, located in Paradise Valley, Blaine County, Montana was purchased in the Winter of 1997 by Tony & Dixie English. It is the prettiest little place in the Valley, and we immediately fell in love with it.

The Smilin' E has become somewhat of a petting zoo over the past three years and includes the normal cats and dogs, plus rabbits, chickens, ducks, turkeys, geese, guinea hens, morning doves, emus, sheep, llama, donkeys, cows & horses.

We have approximately 40 acres right on the muddy Milk River. It is crossed by a small creek and we have an annual garden and flowers, and look forward to retirement from our jobs as an Army NCO and Classified Manager at the newspaper 35 miles away.

Our children are grown now and range from Angi, our oldest daughter to our sons, Frank, Joe and Bryan, and our youngest daughter, Emi.
